Much easier today after two days off. My muscles didn’t hurt quite as much and i feel much more alive after. Now to find something for dinner! :)
Took the past two days off of the 30 day shred, I was just going to take Tuesday as a rest day until I got home and started feeling absolutely awful so I took today off too as I barely slept last night and I worked all day today. I shall start day four tomorrow as I have four days off and am feeling a lot more recouped today.
I may also try throwing in a few other things like the Call Me Maybe workout or a few of the workouts i’ve seen floating around pinterest as a little something extra.
